The "H.E.A.T." has scheduled AAU tournaments from Long Island as far as Nationals this season. We will have different level teams for all age groups. We are a basketball program that believes you must strive hard and stand fast on the dream of basketball. Our tentative scheduled is as followed: TBA

AAU is for serious players who in aspire to play at the High School and College level. Tournaments are played on weekends at various sites on Long Island and Metro area. Generally, older teams will travel to other state to play in college exposure tournament.

Cost includes: Insurance, Tournament(s), and Practice Time.

All Practices are held at the following locations: St. Joseph's College, NYIT Central Islip Campus, and Central Islip Schools.
