Rules

GAME RULES

N.Y.S. IABBO High School Rules Apply

with the exception of Times Out, Time on Clock and Point spread of 20 point or more.

1.) 4 timeouts for the game. (2) 30 seconds & (2) fulls

2.) 16 mins. per half: For 9th and 11th grade division

14 mins. per half: For 8th and under

OVERTIME WILL BE 3 MINUTES AND THE LAST MINUTE OF THE GAME THE CLOCK WILL STOP ON EVERYTHING.

The clock will stop on the following: Time Outs, All Fouls, Substitutions,

3.) If a team is losing by 20 or more point the clock will run except timeout. Clock will stop under 30 second of the second half only. If any team is shooting free throws on the free throw line.

4.) If the team comes back with in 18 points or less timer will resume regular stoppage on the clock.

5.) Any player or coach that are ejected will not be able to coach or play there next game. This is the decision of our head referee and league supervisor of the tournament.

Fouls

6) 1 and 1 on the 10th team foul and 12th team foul 2 shots.

7) (6) personal fouls per player before being disqualified.
